Materials

  • 2 Skeins of Phentex Worsted in Tangerine (#4 Medium, 100% Acrylic, 867 yards, 400g)

  • H hook

  • I hook

  • Clover Wonder Clips

  • Tapestry Needle

  • Scissors

Gauge

Shirt/Sleeves: 2” x 2”: 6 sts x 4 rows

Sleeve Cuff: 2” x 2”: 8 sts x 7 rows

Shirt Panels (Make 2)

[Use H hook]

ch 71 (this should go from the center of one bicep to the other across, so alter this number to fit you)

Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook, dc across, turn- 70 dc

Row 2: ch 2, dc in 2nd st from hook, dc across, turn- 70 dc

Row 3-37 (or until desired sweater length is reached): rep row 2, turn- 70 dc

cut yarn and weave in ends

Connecting Shoulder Panels (Make 2)

[Use H Hook]

Row 1: [st from top of Row 1 of shirt panel] ch 2, dc 22 across, turn- 22 dc

Row 2: ch 2, dc in 2nd st from hook, dc across, turn- 22 dc

Row 3- 4 : rep row 2, turn- 22 dc

sc row 4 to other shirt panel

cut yarn and weave in ends

Use Clover Wonder Clips to attach side together. Then, sc sides up the side, leaving some unstitched to create armholes.

Sleeves (Make 2)

[Use I hook]

ch 49 (The length of this should match the width of the armholes)

Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook, dc across, turn- 48 dc

Row 2: ch 2, dc in 2nd st from hook, dc across, turn- 48 dc

Row 3-41 : rep row 2, turn- 48 dc

cut yarn and weave in ends


Sleeve Cuffs (Make 2)

ch 11

Row 1: blo sc in 2nd ch from hook, blo sc across, turn- 10 sc

Row 2: blo sc across, turn- 10 sc

Row 3-41(Or as long as needed, keeping in mind some length is added with the cuffs): rep row 2, turn- 10 sc

cut yarn and weave in ends

Use Clover Wonder Clips to stretch cuffs an hold it in place at the end of the sleeves and sc to attach them.

Use Clover Wonder Clips to attach sides of sleeve together and the end of the sleeve to the armhole and them sc it together.

Turtleneck

Rnd 1: [st into neckhole] Dc around, sl st together- 60 dc

Rnd 2: Fp/Bp Dc around, sl st together- 60 dc

Rnd 3- 11 ( or until the collar is as tall as desired, I fold mine so if you plan to make sure to fold it as you go and test the height): Rep rnd 2, sl st together- 60 dc

cut yarn and weave in ends
